Basic Requirements for Lightning Early Warning System (Trial)" and "Basic Requirements for Emergency Shutoff System for Oil and Gas Storage Enterprises (Trial)" to ensure that the equipment and application of large-scale oil and gas storage lightning early warning systems and the rectification of emergency shutdown systems are completed before June 30, 2022.
The IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standard "Protection against lightning – Thunder storm warning systems, IEC 62793" was finalized in January 2015. The lightning early warning system uses atmospheric electric field detection devices, sensors, etc., and uses the measurement of environmental static electricity. The principle of the field is used to detect and analyze thunderclouds. By collecting lightning-related information in real time, the system realizes real-time monitoring, comprehensive perception, and near-warning of lightning activities in large oil and gas and adjacent areas. The basic functions are as follows:
1. Real-time lightning monitoring, with real-time detection of lightning characteristic parameters such as ground atmospheric electric field.
2. Lightning approach warning, including lightning warning level, lightning warning time, warning area, warning cancellation and other information.
3. Statistical query of lightning historical data, with the functions of lightning early warning information query and statistical analysis in the coverage area.
4. It has the function of data interaction with the national hazardous chemical risk monitoring and early warning platform.
