From October 29 to 31, 2021, Anhui Jinli held the first seminar on lightning protection technology which aims to discuss the application of the overall lightning protection scheme in the industry under the background of "dual carbon", to exchange experience in lightning protection, and to discuss the development direction of lightning protection technology in the future. There were 76 electrical households, design institutes, electrical complete sets and equipment integration enterprises, with 124 participants.

  In this conference, the chief engineer Mr. Wang Chuanyuan, based on his 30 years of experience in the overvoltage industry and years of lightning protection theoretical research and practical results, put forward the four elements of lightning protection technology of "theory, object, standard and product"; Electrical Engineering of Southwest Jiaotong University Mr. You Chengxi, a doctor of the college, shared the "Application Technology of Electric Railway Traction Power Supply", introducing the process of China's railway from "none" to "existence", from "normal speed" to "high speed", and from "rapid expansion" to "quality improvement" , and experience in lightning protection of railway traction power supply; Mr. He Ming, director of Jinli Electric’s technical department, shared the "Interpretation of IEC Lightning Protection Standards and Lightning Protection Technology for Low-Voltage Systems".

  Leaders and expert representatives visited Jinli surge protection device laboratory, high voltage laboratory and six production workshops of parent and subsidiary companies in the industrial park of the group company, and watched the SPD test, residual voltage test of the surge arrester and performance test demonstration of single-phase grounding fault system.

  Combined with the morning report sharing and afternoon visits and tests, the participating leading experts conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the application of lightning protection and lightning arrester and lightning protection design standards in various industries.
