Basic Requirements for Emergency Shutdown Systems for Gas Storage Enterprises (Trial Implementation)" to ensure that large-scale oil and gas storage bases are equipped and applied with lightning warning systems and rectification of emergency shutdown system problems before June 30, 2022.
